So far both times I’ve had to use this pharmacy there have been issues. I have to use this pharmacy for insurance purposes and if it weren’t for that reason I probably wouldn’t use them. My most recent issue is they didn’t do their job, and instead of billing through my insurance they charged my credit card $900 when I should have paid $0. I’ve called 4 times to have this rectified and I keep getting bounced from person to person and the famous line “we will look into it and call you back” and then nobody calls. Learn to read your clients Freedom Pharmacy, stressed out, hormonal women going through fertility treatments. Do your freakin job! As if this isn’t already a stressful enough situation to go through, you’re adding to it!
They are great with Communication the following up with me as they said they would until insurance when through. My meds came that next day they are great i would recommend them to anyone. Everything that was ordered came. The only thing negative that I would say is the wait when you call is just too lone 20-35 mine.
I have used this pharmacy twice now for drugs for egg freezing. They delivered in one or two days, and the orders were perfect each time. The second time around they even suggested a drug realignment that provided me with a cost savings of $400, which was much appreciated. They also held my credit card order when I discovered that the loan money had to be disbursed directly to them. I would definitely recommend!
There are pluses and minuses, and they dont really matter because my insurance company forces me to use this pharmacy only. If you do have the choice, the positives are that they put a nice package together of your prescriptions and one rep even told me how to get a $200 off coupon. The negatives are that it takes a 20 minute phone call to fill your order - even if your doctor already handled everything. Also, unlike local pharmacies, they need 24 hours to get you your order which is sometimes a pain. Good luck!
I recently needed a drug from here and after pricing several other pharmacies, I decided to go with Freedom both because they had the best pricing and because they were able to overnight medications free of charge. I placed my order yesterday (Friday) afternoon after my doctor's office called it in for me. I spoke with someone who took my information and promised I'd receive my order between 8am and 1pm the following day (Saturday). This morning (Sat.) a little before 10am, FedEx delivered my order which was well packaged and shipped on ice (the medication needed to be kept cool). They included detail instructions with pictures and even offered videos showing me how to administer the shot. In addition to my medication they sent gauze, alcohol prep pads and a sharps container. The only thing they promised but didn't include was a rebate form, however I called them and they were able to direct me to a webpage where I could print this out. I would note though that both times I had to call them I was on hold for quite a long time before I was able to speak to anyone, so if you decide to use them be prepared to wait a while on the phone. Overall I'm very happy with my experience with Freedom Pharmacy and would definitely use them again in the future if I need to. Thanks Freedom!
